When do I pay?

No payment is taken with your request. We confirm availability and the final offer first. Review and accept the offer and terms before paying. Your private booking page shows payment, transport confirmation and driver assignment separately.

What if my flight changes?

Send ELARO your updated flight number, local arrival date and time through your booking contact. Ask us to confirm the revised pickup. Do not assume an automatic update or continuous live flight tracking.

Can you take me directly to the festival?

This is a private transfer from BKK to your agreed Pattaya destination, not a festival shuttle. Road restrictions may affect hotel access; venue drop-off and return transport are not included.
