01Do I pay when I send the request?
No. We first confirm vehicle availability with our local partner. If the ride is available, we send the confirmed total and a secure payment link.
02How early should I book?
Book at least 4 hours before pickup for standard service. You can still send an urgent request under 4 hours; under 2 hours, availability is not guaranteed.
03When will I receive driver details?
We send your assigned driver and vehicle details before pickup, once they are provided by the local partner.
04Who fulfills the transportation?
Your transportation is fulfilled by a verified local transport partner. ELARO manages your booking record and customer-facing communication.
05Can I request an English-speaking driver?
Yes. A conversational English-speaking driver is available as a 250 THB add-on, subject to confirmation.
06What if I need to change or cancel?
Contact ELARO through your booking conversation as soon as possible. Before payment, your request can be closed without an ELARO customer charge. Any post-payment cancellation terms must be provided before you pay.
07How do I get support?
Reply in the WhatsApp or email conversation for your booking and include your ELA reference. ELARO remains your customer-facing contact while a local partner fulfills the ride.
