First, check the airport on your ticket

BKK is Suvarnabhumi Airport. Don Mueang uses the code DMK. Both serve Bangkok, but they are different pickup locations. A quote for BKK should not be treated as a quote for DMK or a hotel in central Bangkok.

For a private airport transfer, give the provider the scheduled arrival date and time in Thailand, your flight number and the exact Pattaya destination. A condo name alone may not identify the right building or entrance; ask your host for the address and check-in instructions.

Choose the journey that fits your arrival

A private transfer gives your travelling party a vehicle arranged for its own trip. The airport bus is an alternative when its timetable, luggage rules and arrival stop work for you. An on-arrival public taxi is another option; check the current airport instructions and agree how the long-distance fare will be charged.

Compare the whole journey. For a bus, include getting from the Pattaya stop to your accommodation. For a private car, check the final destination, people and bags, waiting rules and the full written price. The cheapest seat and the right door-to-door journey answer different needs.

Choose for your bags as well as your passengers

Before choosing a sedan, SUV or van, tell the provider how many adults and children are travelling and the number and approximate size of your bags. Include a stroller, golf bag or other large item. A vehicle's advertised seat count does not establish that your luggage will fit too.

ELARO's public starting fares are 1,590 THB for a sedan, 1,690 THB for an SUV and 2,290 THB for a private van on BKK → Pattaya. These are starting prices, not a quote or availability confirmation. The final offer must identify the agreed vehicle category, inclusions and any extras. A Long/XL Van requires an individual quote.

Get the full price in writing

Ask whether the quoted total includes tolls, airport parking, the meeting arrangement and any required equipment. Ask separately about extra stops, changes to the drop-off address, flight delays and waiting after arrival. Do not assume that two prices cover the same service.

Driver language and booking support are also different. If you need a driver who can hold a conversation in English, make that request explicitly. ELARO's advertised English-driver option is +250 THB, subject to confirmation; it is not a promise of availability for every trip.

Plan the handoff after you land

A plane's scheduled arrival is not the time you will necessarily reach the meeting point. Immigration, baggage collection and finding the agreed location all happen before the handoff. Send your flight details and ask the provider how pickup timing and changes are handled.

Keep the meeting instructions and contact method available offline. If you cannot find the driver, use the agreed contact and follow the provider's instructions before switching transport. Ask your accommodation how a later arrival affects access or check-in.

Where ELARO fits
