Cancellation & Refund Policy

A ride request and a confirmed paid booking are different. This page makes that distinction clear while ELARO’s detailed paid-booking cancellation schedule remains pending approval.

Last updated: 9 September 2026

Before availability or payment

You may ask ELARO to close your request at any time before payment. A submitted request or ELA reference is not a confirmed ride, and ELARO has not collected a customer payment at this stage.

If the requested vehicle is unavailable, ELARO may decline the request or offer an alternative. An alternative is not accepted automatically.

After ELARO sends a payment link

Opening or leaving Checkout does not confirm the booking. If you do not complete payment, tell ELARO if you no longer need the request or need a fresh link.

Only ELARO's verified payment record can move the booking to paid and confirmed.

After payment

The applicable cancellation window, cancellation charge and refund eligibility must be provided with the confirmed offer before payment. ELARO has not yet approved a universal public schedule, so no percentage, deadline or guaranteed refund timing is stated here.

Do not complete payment unless you have received and accepted the terms for your booking. If the terms are unclear, contact ELARO before paying.

Waiting, no-show and trip changes

Waiting time, no-show handling, late flight handling, additional stops and route changes can affect service and cost. The binding Stage 1 rules for these situations still require commercial/legal approval and must not be inferred from this page.

Send changed flight or pickup information as soon as possible so ELARO and the local transport partner can review what remains possible.

How to request help

Reply through the ELARO channel used for your booking and include your ELA reference. Explain whether you want to change or cancel the trip and provide the scheduled pickup time.

See Contact & Support for the current Stage 1 support path.
