A scheduled landing time is only one part of an airport arrival. Here is how to arrange the handoff to your Pattaya transfer without pretending you know the exact minute you will walk out.

Give the provider a flight, not a guessed airport-exit time
Send your flight number, scheduled arrival date and local arrival time at Suvarnabhumi. Tell the provider whether that time is the flight's scheduled arrival or a separately agreed pickup time. For an overnight journey, check the arrival date as carefully as the hour.
After the plane arrives, you still need to reach the terminal exit through the applicable arrival process and collect any checked bags. The time that takes varies. Ask the provider what timing it uses to arrange pickup and what it needs from you if that changes.
Ask when waiting starts and when it becomes chargeable
Get a written answer to three questions: when does the waiting allowance start, how much is included, and what happens after it expires? Also ask what the provider expects if immigration or baggage takes longer than planned.
Flight monitoring, waiting for a late aircraft and waiting after the aircraft has landed are not automatically the same policy. Confirm whether you need to report a delay or flight change. Do not assume an unlimited allowance or automatic adjustment unless the provider has explicitly agreed it.
Save the actual meeting instructions before departure
Ask for the terminal level, meeting location and the process for identifying the correct contact. If a name board is part of the arrangement, confirm whose name it will display. Follow the instructions for your booking rather than a general airport video.
Download or screenshot the relevant instructions and keep them available offline. Store the provider's contact method and your booking confirmation. Do not post private booking links, passenger details or driver phone numbers publicly.
Make a plan for a phone that cannot connect
Know which contact method the provider will use and whether you can reach it after arrival. Save the details before flying. If you are travelling with someone, agree how you will stay together while finding the meeting point.
Ask the provider in advance what to do if you cannot find the driver or your phone has no connection. The useful answer is a concrete procedure and a reachable contact. It is not a general promise that every problem will resolve instantly.
If something changes, contact before switching
If your flight is moved or you cannot reach the agreed meeting point, send the updated information through the agreed channel as soon as you can. If you are considering another ride, check the cancellation or no-show consequences of your existing booking first.
Tell your Pattaya host about a later arrival when access or check-in depends on timing. A driver's arrival at your destination and your ability to enter a condo are separate parts of the same trip. A prepared address and access plan help both sides.

Should my pickup time be the scheduled landing time?
Ask your provider how it defines pickup timing. Give the flight number and scheduled arrival, and make clear whether a separate pickup time has been agreed.
Does flight tracking mean unlimited free waiting?
No. Ask separately about aircraft delays, airport-exit delays, included waiting and any extra charges. Use the policy accepted for your booking.
