What does it cost, and how do we earn?+
We agree the commercial terms for your type of cooperation before activation. Direct providers work at an agreed rate; Distribution partners can earn an agreed referral fee on eligible completed rides. Operator and Network pilot terms are discussed individually. There is no universal public commission or subscription price.
Who collects payment, and when are partners paid?+
For ELARO customer bookings, ELARO coordinates the customer payment process. We agree your rate or fee, eligibility, settlement method and timing before work starts. Cancellations, refunds and incomplete rides are handled under that agreement. We do not promise automatic payouts.
How is a referred booking attributed?+
An assigned tracking link or QR code records the source of a referral. The source record and your agreement determine eligibility; a click alone does not earn a fee. We confirm the attribution rules, any existing-source conflicts and how completed rides are reconciled during onboarding.
What happens to our own customers?+
For Operator and Network cooperation, we agree the customer source, communication responsibilities and commercial terms before the handoff. Sharing a trip does not grant unrestricted rights to another business’s customers or their data. Only the information needed for the agreed work is shared.
Can we keep our current transport partners and tools?+
Yes. We can discuss cooperation alongside your existing providers and LINE or dispatch workflow. Any exclusivity, service area or other restriction must be explicitly agreed. You can combine more than one ELARO model when it fits your business.
Where can we start, and can we register now?+
Our first operating node is Pattaya, with Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport–Pattaya as the core transfer route. Tell us where you work so we can discuss a fit; coverage elsewhere is not guaranteed. New partners start with a conversation and individual onboarding. Operator and Network are pilots by agreement, not open self-service products.
